Our client Hired us to do a design-build for a full gut single family home renovation. We collaborated with the design team and got my client the design of choice. Once we finalized the design, we obtained the proper permits and got the ball rolling. Our scope of work was extensive and required a full got of interior walls, floor joist, roof joist and more. In addition to that, we had to clear a make safe violation, for the rear bay, before starting the renovation. We finished the project with nice finishes and a amazing epoxy floor basement.
