The client’s porch had rotted exterior porch columns, floor joist, and floor boards. We came out and assessed the damaged and came up with a action plan to resolve the issue. The scope of work consisted of tearing out the columns, roof barge boards, floor joist, and floor boards while replacing them with new columns, and material to the liking of the client. In addition to that, we replaced the concrete stairs, purged the cement gaps/cracks of the side stone wall, and applied a coating to the porch roof.
