The client hired us to do DesignBuild work for their home health care business and Event space. Each building had its own separate basement and first floor. The second floors were merged together where it was used for a event space. The project fit out consisted of a 12,000 square foot space in the two buildings. Once we obtained the proper permits, we gutted the building of all the existing appliances, trash, old finishes, partition walls, ETC. Our construction included Installation of framed walls, new electrical service, new HVAC, new interior and exterior plumbing, new sprinkler system, fire alarm, insulation, drywall/drywall finish, painting, Flooring, ADA bathrooms, kitchens, Reception arears, and Offices.
