A make safe permit is a permit obtained from the the City of Philadelphia, for addressing unsafe or dangerous conditions to a property. This type of work can be a damaged porch, floor joist, roof structure, exterior wall, and more. Failure to address this violation could result in fines or the demolition of the property that is deemed unsafe. No other work can be performed in the property until the unsafe condition is resolved.
